General Requirements
The WCRA database is private, and access is limited to (a) current employees of
a member insurance company or self-insured organization and (b) current
employees of a third-party administrator designated by a WCRA member as an agent
for that member.
Security
For security reasons, the WCRA staff does not provide login information over the
phone. If the password has been misplaced, please use the “Forgot
Password?” option on the login menu. For any other issue, please contact
the WCRA.
eMembers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords
assigned to their employees and are fully responsible for all activities that
occur under these usernames and passwords. eMembers agree to (a) immediately
notify WCRA of any unauthorized use of the usernames and passwords or any other
breach of security, and (b) ensure that all eMembers’ employees exit from the
website at the end of each session. WCRA is not liable for any loss or damage
arising from eMembers’ failure to comply with these provisions. eMembers agree
to indemnify the WCRA for any damage caused by the misuse of usernames and
passwords assigned to eMembers’ employees.
eMEMBERS MUST NOTIFY THE WCRA IMMEDIATELY IF AN eMEMBER EMPLOYEE SHOULD NO
LONGER BE AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THE WCRA SECURE WEBSITE. eMEMBERS AGREE TO
TAKE AT LEAST THE SAME PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THAT ANY INFORMATION OR DATA SENT
TO THE SITE ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES OR OTHER MALICIOUS CODES
AS THEY TAKE TO PROTECT THEIR OWN COMPUTER SYSTEMS.
